  • Create and deliver the ordered memory book

We may contact guests via SMS or WhatsApp messages powered by Twilio. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not use guest contact information for unrelated marketing purposes.

After this period, information is deleted or anonymized unless:

  • A longer retention period is required by law;
  • The customer requests continued retention; or
  • The information is necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements.

Basic transaction and accounting records may be retained for up to seven (7) years as required by applicable law.

You may request early deletion of your data and your guests' data at any time by contacting us at support@evertell.co. We will fulfill deletion requests within 30 days.
