How does EverTell work?
After you place your order, you’ll be paired with a dedicated EverTell Story Manager.
Your Story Manager will guide the entire process, coordinate guest participation, and personally oversee the collection of memories, stories and photos from the people who know you best.
Every guest receives thoughtful questions tailored to their relationship with you. We handle the outreach, follow-ups and organization, so you can focus on enjoying your wedding.
Once everything is collected, the memories are carefully assembled into a beautifully designed keepsake book waiting for you after the celebration
Why are the questions different for each guest?
Because every relationship tells a different part of your story.
A parent sees things differently than a best friend. A grandparent carries different memories than a sibling.
By tailoring the questions to each guest, we’re able to uncover stories and perspectives that would never emerge from a standard guestbook.
How long does it take to receive our book?
Your Story Manager begins collecting memories shortly after you place your order.
Most books are delivered within 1-2 weeks after your wedding, depending on guest participation and the amount of content collected.
We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and handle all guest communication on your behalf
Is there customer support if I need help?
Absolutely. Every couple is assigned a dedicated Story Manager who oversees the entire process from start to finish.
Whether you have questions, need to update your guest list, or want help along the way, your Story Manager will be there to guide you and keep everything running smoothly

Do guests answer privately?
Yes. Each guest receives a private invitation and responds individually. This allows people to share personal memories, advice and stories openly and honestly
What's the difference between Classic and Premium?
Both packages include the complete EverTell experience – personalized guest interviews, memory collection, professional editing and design, a digital edition, and a beautifully printed wedding book.
The difference is in the final presentation.
Classic includes a premium hardcover book designed to preserve your memories for years to come.
Premium elevates the experience with a luxury layflat album, premium materials and finishes, plus an audiobook featuring the voices of your family and friends, allowing you to hear their stories exactly as they were told.
Whether you choose Classic or Premium, the memories remain the same. Premium simply adds a more luxurious way to experience them.
How many guests can participate?
Every package includes interviews with up to 150 guests. In practice, even a smaller group often provides enough stories, memories and photos to create an incredibly meaningful book.
Is this a guest book?
EverTell starts with the same idea – collecting memories from the people who matter most.
But instead of asking guests to leave a short message, we invite them to share stories, advice, photos and personal memories through thoughtful questions tailored to their relationship with the couple.
The result is a beautifully crafted keepsake book filled with the voices, experiences and perspectives of the people who know you best.
Do all guests have to participate?
No. We reach out to everyone on your guest list, but participation is always voluntary.
What if some guests don't respond?
We follow up with guests who don’t respond, but we never pressure anyone. If overall response is lower than expected, we’ll reach out to you before going to print – and if we feel the content isn’t enough to create the book we’d be proud of, we’ll offer you a 50% refund. We’d rather be honest with you than send you a book that doesn’t do your wedding justice.
How are the stories collected?
Your personal Story Manager reaches out to each guest via WhatsApp or SMS with a few thoughtful questions about you as a couple. Guests respond in their own words, in their own time. We handle everything – you don’t lift a finger.
Can guests upload old photos from before the wedding?
Yes. Guests can share photos from any time – childhood memories, travel together, old celebrations. Some of the most meaningful pages come from photos taken years before the wedding.
Can guests send voice messages?
Yes, on the Premium package. Guest voice recordings are compiled into an audiobook that accompanies your hardcover – so you can hear the people you love, not just read their words.
Can guests contribute during the wedding itself?
We close content collection two days after the wedding, so guests who want to share a moment from the day itself are welcome to do so.
What happens after the wedding?
We close the book two days after your wedding. Within two days you’ll receive a digital proof to review and approve. Once approved, printing and shipping takes up to two weeks. Your book arrives at your door – no effort required from you.
Can I review the book before it is printed?
Absolutely. We send you a full digital proof before anything goes to print. You have two rounds of revisions included. Nothing gets printed without your approval.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide and standard shipping is always free, regardless of where you live. Please note that our Story Manager service currently operates in the United States only. If you’re based outside the US, we’d love to hear from you – reach out at support@evertell.co and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Who owns the photos and stories?
You and your guests do. The stories and photos shared by guests belong to them. Everything collected is used solely to create your book and is never sold or shared with third parties. We may occasionally share excerpts or images on our social media or marketing materials, but only with your explicit consent. We delete all content 12 months after delivery.
What if I don't have a large wedding?
Evertell works beautifully for intimate weddings too. Some of our most moving books came from weddings with 30 guests. Fewer guests often means deeper, more personal stories – and a book that feels even more meaningful.
